As the oldest and largest Russian university, Lomonosov Moscow State University was established in 1755. It has also known for its tallest education building in world. The university works together with International Association of Universities and also greatly connected with 60 educational institutions from numbers of countries, which help to make academic excellences and give opportunities to student to strive their intelligence.
The university has deep-rooted contact with most illustrious universities around the world and exchange students and lectures with leading universities. It is the center of UNESCO International Demography Courses, International Biotechnology Centers, UNESCO Hydrology Courses, and International LASER Centre etc.
As a traditional educational hub, Moscow University provides learning in almost every branch of modern studies. The university registers over 2000 undergraduate and postgraduate students every year and also provides opportunity to more than 400 students to involve in exhaustive Russian University training programs. It has honored degrees to more than 60 scientists, politicians and statesmen in their respective areas. Many of researchers and scientists are received honorary degrees from many overseas academies and universities.
The MSU provides 128 undergraduates programs in its 39 faculties and 168 postgraduates programs and dedicated programs in 18 branches of science and humanities. Total numbers of students is 47,000, in which 40,000 undergraduates and 7000 postgraduates. Over 15000 admin staffs are working currently in the university and provide big contribution in making excellence. There are different kinds of research work and academic courses are carried out in Museums of University, lomonosov Moscow state university is also known as major pioneering center and about 70 small companies are founded in the park of many specialization.
